Pennsylvania Democrats are using all their resources to inform voters that our sitting Supreme Court Justices, all of whom are Democrats, will be on our Nov. 4th ballots. Voters are asked to answer “Yes: or “No” to retain these justices for another 10 year term. Each of these justices have been recommended by the Pennsylvania Bar Association.

These judges have protected our voting rights, rights of workers to unionize and bargain, and hold unethical employers accountable. They have prevented unfair and discriminatory gerrymandering of Congressional redistricting in the state.

In support of retaining Justices Christine Donohue, Kevin ‘Dougherty, and David Wecht members of Pennsylvania Democratic committees and Indivisible groups are writing short messages to voters urging them to vote ‘YES” for retention. Wealthy Republicans are mailing out flyers that deliberately misinform the public.

Postcards signed by local Committee members and Indivisible members help inform the public that every vote is needed, every vote counted, every vote to retain the Judges who have proved their worth should be cast on November 4th or by mail-in ballot.
